Our Minimum membership term is 3 months.
We can approve one request for a month's pause on your membership.
Unused treatments cannot be rolled over.
Memberships are non-transferable
There is a strict 24-hour cancellation policy that applies to each appointment booked.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel membership at our discretion.
