Inside my Sissinghurst Studio: A Calm space for Massage and Acupuncture

Since April 2025, my home clinic for

BodyTherapy.Health has been based in the village of Sissinghurst, Kent. It is a quiet and green space that feels right for the kind of work I do. My aim is to help people pause, reset and reconnect with their bodies through massage and auricular acupuncture.

A place designed to feel calm for a massage in Sissinghurst

The studio sits at my home, tucked away from busy roads. It is simple, warm and private.

The space is designed so you can settle quickly and feel at ease. The focus is on comfort without fuss. Soft light, time to breathe, and a moment to arrive before your session starts.

What happens here

I work with people of all ages and needs. Some come with long-term pain or stiffness. Others want to improve movement, reduce stress or take an hour to rest. Sessions may include sports and deep tissue massage, myofascial release or auricular acupuncture. Each session is shaped by what your body needs most that day.

Every treatment is one-to-one. There is no rush or noise, just focused, hands-on work to help your body recover and move more freely.

Finding the studio

The clinic is easy to reach from Cranbrook, Goudhurst and the wider Weald area. When you arrive, you are welcome to park on the road outside the house. Please avoid blocking the driveway or neighbours’ spaces. You can also park a bit further along Hovendens, past no. 15 which is a one-minute walk away.
